About this site

This web site is the home of the technical information for SecMaker’s Net iD applications. The online documentation is always updated to the latest available version. This documentation is also available for offline users in HTML, see Viewing documentation offline. Older documentation is available as PDF, see Previous versions.

On the customer help site you can find the following, when applicable for the product:

Who should read this information?

The information is written primarily for technicians responsible for, or involved in, the installation and configuration of the applications.

How to find information

Information can be found by using the navigation menus or the search option.

Navigate the web site

  1. Point to DOCS in the top menu, and then click the product or link of your choice.

  2. If a product has published information for several versions, you will get directed to the last published version of the documentation. To view another version of the product, point to the product name in the top menu, and then click on the version of your choice in the drop-down menu.

  3. On a page, use the left hand menu to go to the part of information of your interest.

  4. On every page there is also a right hand menu showing the level 2 sections.

Using the search option

  1. Click the search icon in the upper right side of the page.

  2. Type the search word or phrase to get a drop down list with suggestions on your search. The results are ordered product wise.

Sharing the information

To direct other users to a specific part on the page, use the section anchor functionality.

  1. Go to the page with the information you want to share.

  2. Go to the section containing the information.

  3. Hover the mouse cursor over the section heading to show the section anchor sign (§) to the left of the heading, and then click the section sign to update the URL to point to the section.

  4. Copy the updated URL to share it to others.
